Year 1 and 2 Common Exception Words and High-Frequency Words
A list of the Year 1 and 2 Common Exception Words and High-Frequency Words. These words appear frequently in texts and can not sound how they are spelt. Children should aim to be able to read and spell as many of these words as possible by the end of KS1.
