P.E

Monday - Invasive Games

On Mondays, children will be working with a spots coach to develop their invasive games skills. Invasive games are team games in which the purpose is to invade the opponent's territory and score points.

Some examples of invasion sports include:

• Floorball.
• Rugby.
• Basketball.
• Lacrosse.
• Hockey.
• Ringette.
• Bandy.
• Handball.

Thursday- Real P.E

On Thursday, children will be continuing with the Real P.E programme. During Autumn Term 1, we will be focusing on our Personal Skills. As part of this, children will be developing their coordination and static balance.

During Autumn Term 2, children will be thinking about their Social Skills, focusing on ways to support and encourage their peers during P.E.
