Mrs Proctor - Office Manager

I have been working in the school office at Sharnford C E Primary School since August 2004. I started working mornings only and as the school has grown my hours have increased to full time. We were one of the first schools in Leicestershire to trial a Federation, one headteacher shared across two schools, ourselves and All Saints C E Primary School, Sapcote. This went very well and after consultation with parents, it was made permanent. This gave lots of benefits to our small school, the children were offered more opportunities working with a larger school, including residential visits and I was able to work with the office staff as well. This has further increased following our conversion to an Academy and there are even more benefits for the children and staff.

I enjoy my job and getting to know all the children and parents and helping to keep them up to date with activities and events taking place during the school year.

I like spending time with my family and friends and in the summer I enjoy watching them play cricket, I also do lots of scoring for our local cricket club.
