Miss Hector - EYFS class teacher and SENCO

I qualified as a teacher in 1994 and have worked in education ever since. I started my teaching career in Key Stage 2 but have spent the majority of years in Key Stage 1 and now EYFS. Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with a huge number of fantastic colleagues, children and families. 

I have been teaching within the school’s federation since 2008 and at Sharnford Primary School since 2012. I am currently a part time class teacher in EYFS as well as SENCO for our school. Although challenging, this has proved to be a very interesting and rewarding role.

I love spending time with my family and friends. I live with my wonderful partner, our beautiful daughter and our many animals (people who know me well know that I have a huge interest in animals and wildlife and have been known to take in a number of furry waifs and strays over the years!).
