Mrs Haltof - Year 5 & 6 class teacher
I qualified as a primary school teacher in 1997 and I have always loved being in this profession. I have taught in a number of different schools across Warwickshire and Leicestershire and have been fortunate enough to teach children across the full primary age range from Foundation Stage up to Year 6. I joined Sharnford in August 2020 and am really enjoying being part of the community here. In school I coordinate Religious Education, but I also have a particular interest in Science and Geography.
In addition to my primary school role, for one day a week, I am employed by Leicestershire County Council to teach adults with learning disabilities. This is a role that has given me a great insight into using different methods of teaching to allow learners with complex needs to achieve.
I live with my husband, two children and our cat in a village in Warwickshire. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking in the countryside, going on trips to the seaside, reading and going to the theatre.
